Return & Exchange Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for any reason — whether the fit’s off, the style isn’t what you expected, or it just doesn’t feel dialed. You deserve gear that feels right.

Here’s how it works:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed
  • You’re responsible for return shipping
  • We’ll issue a full refund or exchange once we receive the item

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.

To report an issue, please email support@dialedhumans.com within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • A clear photo of the product or issue

We’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days with a resolution.
